Ценно заметить красоту в питании, как это лежит, что при этом звучит. Приостановится и насладитсЯ.
Мне помогло сделать первые шаги в структуризации своего питания. Долго весы не могли сдвинуться с 70, и тут 67,6. Прекрасный результат. Пусть сантиметры упорно показывают прежний замер, но я гляжу в чёркало и вижу себя меньше.
Мягкий вход, сопровождение меня в этом процессе, открыли зону роста. Питание отличный способ влиять на самочувствие. Взаимосвязь с психикой очевидна. Особенно сладкого. Моя мантра "своевременно, своемерно и адекватно " идеально взаимодействует с твоей системой.
Зоной роста вижу питание в зависимости от изменённой среды. Например горы, или поездка ( при нашем общении было и такое). Про спорт есть статья, мне стала интересна эта сфера ... сохранить основу и индивидуально подстроится под те условия в которых нахожусь...

This means your body has started adjusting to the correct nutrition and started getting rid of all those fat reserves it's been keeping for years. This process might take longer than a month, so in about 2 months you'll probably go down one more size and perhaps in a few months from then - another size down. So just hold on a little bit until you see that your shape has stabilized - and then hit the store! read less

I read articles and blogs, consulted friends, watched videos about the sickness, but slight changes in my vegan diet did not bring my morning glucose levels numbers or my weight down. Natasha helped me figure out what and when to eat, almost without changing my shopping list and without making me cook 🙂 Natasha is very understanding and non-judgmental, but at the same time, she makes sure her client understands the principles of nutrition she's trying to teach.
I felt intimidated sharing all my eating habits with a stranger, but Natasha's supportive attitude made all the difference.

Neither of the option was ideal, in one I would exhaust my body due to the lack of nutrients and in the other I would gain unwanted weight. Her plan is simple: eat good quality food, incorporate physical activity of your liking and watch your body and life change. I thought I knew how to eat healthy, apparently I knew nothing at all because I haven’t seen results like this in such an effortless manner. - I do not need that many calories to feel energetic and satisfied.
- There is such thing as too much of healthy food. No need to eat a pint of blueberries while watching your fav TV series :0) Better then ice cream but not when you want to lose weight.
- It is fine to eat a half of an avocado and yes the other half is gonna be tasty next day as well.
- Budgeting your food equals budgeting your money. I saved $$$ just by limiting my food intake and going out less.
