Hummus chicken wrap

Hummus Beet Wrap Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp. Hummus

• 1 6-inch Sprouted Grain Tortilla, Whole Wheat Lavash or Gluten Free Tortilla or Lettuce (if you want to eat it for your second snack)

• ½ c. (75g) Peeled  Beet (optional)

3 oz of chicken (tofu for vegan option or skip)

• 1 tbsp. Feta (½ oz.) (15g)(optional)

• ¼ c. Packed (5g) Arugula оr mixed greens

Spread hummus on tortilla

Sprinkle evenly with beets,  chicken ,feta and arugula.

Roll.

Tip:You can fry you wrap to serve warm
