- 100 ml unsweetened almond milk.
- 1/2 ripe banana, frozen (все в порядке, можно. но если хотите быстрее результаты, можно без банана)
- 1/3 cup chopped mango, frozen.
- 1-2 large handfuls of baby spinach.
- 2 tbs pumpkin seeds (Pepita seeds)(optional) or chia seeds
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) hemp hearts (hulled hemp seeds)
- optional: 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder + 1/4 cup water.
