By downloading, installing, or using the Gottobe.fit mobile app or any related website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Gottobe.fit is a nutrition and lifestyle coaching app. It provides personalized meal plans, food logging, AI-powered nutrition analysis, and educational content. It is not a medical service, and the content is for general informational purposes only.

Nothing in the app is medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new diet, exercise program, or making decisions about your health — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication.

• You must be 18 or older to create an account (or have a parent/guardian's consent if younger and where local law permits).
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

• Some features require a paid subscription, billed through the App Store or Google Play.
• Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends, per the store's standard rules.
• You can cancel from inside the App Store / Play Store settings at any time. Refunds, where available, are handled by the store, not by us directly.

Don't use Gottobe.fit to harass others, scrape data, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, upload malicious content, or violate any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

The app uses AI (including third-party AI providers) to analyze food, suggest meals, and answer nutrition questions. AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. Treat them as a starting point, not a guarantee. We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI-generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gottobe.fit and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Your total recoverable damages are limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here with a refreshed “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
