Kale and mango smoothie

Ingredients:

• ½ c. (34g) Chopped Organic Kale Leaves

• ½ c. (82.5g) Fresh or Frozen  Mango or fruit of your choice

• 1 Celery Stalk

• ½ c. (120ml) Fresh Orange Juice or  Water(optional)

• 1/8 c. (3g) Chopped Flat-Leaf Parsley( optional)

• 1/8 c. (3g) Chopped Fresh Mint(optional)

• Handful Ice (optional)
