• 1 Carrot, thinly sliced
• 1 Bunch Baby Bok Choy
• 3 oz. (85g) cooked Turkey (or chicken – or tofu for vegetarian, you can also fry it and serve it warm) or 1 tbs of hemp seeds for vegetarians.
• ½ c. (60g) Green beans (optional)
• ¼ c. (50g) Tomatoes
• 28 gr of Mozzarella Cheese( optional)
• 1 tbsp. Chopped Fresh Basil( optional)
Dressing: • 1 Garlic Clove • ½ tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar • ½ tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, lemon juice.
Mix all the ingredients. You can use fresh bok choy or steam it. You can grill turkey on a nonstick pan and serve it warm
