1. Add 1 quart Buttermilk to an Instant Pot, turn on to “keep warm” for an hour. If making more than 1 quart,  use the rule 1qt=1h (so 4 quarts = 4 hours).

2. After that time, the buttermilk will separate into water and white substance

3. Transfer into a cheesecloth:

4. Tie up and hang up for a few hours to let the water drain.

5. Add sour cream, dill, salt and garlic or other spices and enjoy!
