- 1 carrot
- 1 apple
- 1 cucumber
- handful of salad leafs
- a few tablespoons of sour cream of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 4 cherry tomatoes (or 1 regular tomato)
Wash the vegetables and cut to thin slices. The salad leafs cut to 3-4 pieces.
Mix everything, add sour cream/olive oil, lemon juice and salt/pepper.
If not using sour cream, add a few slices (one pack) of mozzarella.
