Ingredients:
• ½ c. (34g) Chopped Organic Kale Leaves
• ½ c. (82.5g) Fresh or Frozen Organic Mango (optional)
• 1 Celery Stalk, chopped
• ½ c. (120ml) Fresh Orange Juice or Water
• 1/8 c. (3g) Chopped Flat-Leaf Parsley
• 1/8 c. (3g) Chopped Fresh Mint
• Handful Ice (Optional)
Blend all together in blender.
