Power Smoothie Ingredients:

• 1 c. (240ml) Water

• 1 tbsp. Flax Seeds or Chia Seeds (or 1 cup  whey protein powder)

• ½ c. (74g)  Raspberries or Any Other Berry

• ½ Organic Banana(optional)

• ¼ c. (17g)  Spinach

• ½ tbsp. Almond Butter( optional)

• 2 tsp. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice Blend all together
