INGREDIENTs
- 2 tbs psyllium husk soaked in ½ cup of water
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder
- 1 banana
- 1/4-1/3 cup of oat or whole wheat flour
- 1 cup of soy milk
- 1 ts of vanila
- 1 ts of baking powder
- 1tbs of coconut oil
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix all in a bowl
2. Spray pan lightly with PAM. Make sure it’s on medium heat.
3. Flip when no longer runny (wait about 30-40 sec)
