Protein Pancakes – vegan

INGREDIENTs

  • 2 tbs psyllium husk soaked in ½ cup of water
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4-1/3 cup of oat or whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup of soy milk
  • 1 ts of vanila
  • 1 ts of baking powder
  • 1tbs of coconut oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix all in a bowl
2. Spray pan lightly with PAM. Make sure it’s on medium heat.
3. Flip when no longer runny (wait about 30-40 sec)
