- 1 lbs of chicken tenders
- 4 potatoes
- 10 mushrums
- 1 onion
- 120 gr of almond or coconut milk.
- ½ ts Curry powder
- Saute mushrooms
- Cut chicken tenders in dice
- Slice potatoes into circles
- Cover pyrex with parchments paper.
- Put potatoes and chicken in layers into pyrex.
- Cover with onions and sauted mushrooms.Add salt and pepper
- Mix curry powder with milk.Pour on chicken
- Bake on 400 F for 40 min.Broil for 5 min
