Ingridients

  • 1 lbs of chicken tenders
  • 4 potatoes
  • 10 mushrums
  • 1 onion
  • 120 gr of  almond or coconut milk.
  • ½ ts Curry powder
  • Spices

Directions

  1. Saute mushrooms
  2. Cut chicken tenders in dice
  3. Slice potatoes into circles
  4. Cover pyrex with parchments paper.
  5. Put potatoes and chicken in layers  into pyrex.
  6. Cover with onions and sauted mushrooms.Add salt and pepper
  7. Mix curry powder with milk.Pour on chicken
  8. Bake on 400 F for 40 min.Broil for 5 min

Garnish with greens
