Base:
• 3 tbsp. Chia Seeds
• ½ c. (120ml) Coconut or Almond Milk,Ripple or 100 gr of yogurt
• 1 Serving Protein Powder of Your Choice (optional).Don’t add if you use yogurt
Mix chia seeds with the milk(yogurt) and protein powder(optional,don’t use if use yogurt). Let it sit for 15 minutes or you can make it the night before and store it in the refrigerator.
Toppings:

• 1 tsp. Raw Coconut Flakes
• 1 tsp. Raw Nuts
• 1 tbsp. of either Blueberries/Strawberries/Blackberries
• Sprinkle of Hemp Seeds, Goji Berries, Cacao Nibs & Cinnamon
