Sauteed Spinach with Tofu

Prep time 5 mins, Cook time 15 mins, Total time 20 mins


  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • 4 ounces firm tofu, cut into cubes
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Pan- Fry the tofu using the vegetable oil  spray until all the sides brown. Set aside.
  2. Sauté the spinach until it becomes soft.
  3. Put-in fried tofu. Stir and cook for a minute more.
  4. Transfer to a serving plate.
