- 2 ounces silken tofu
- 1/2 medium banana
- 1/3 cup soy milk
- 1/3 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- Optional: a few ice cubes
Directions:
- Drain the silken tofu to remove excess water (silken tofu has a high water content).
- Blend everything for about 30 sec in a blender
- Enjoy!
