Tofu smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces silken tofu
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1/3 cup soy milk
  • 1/3 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • Optional: a few ice cubes

Directions:

  • Drain the silken tofu to remove excess water (silken tofu has a high water content).
  • Blend everything for about 30 sec in a blender
  • Enjoy!
