Ingredients:
- 12 oz of firm tofu,
- 1/2 cup of snap peas,
- 1/2 cup of celery,
- 1/2 cup of mushrooms,
- 1/2 cup of carrots,
- 1/2 cup of green peppers,
- 1/2 cup of tomatoes,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 3-4 tsp of light sodium soy sauce,
- 1/3 tsp of sesame oil,
- 4 oz of water or vegetable stock.
instructions:
- Quickly fry veggies on a pre-heated pan, (if you want “crunchiness”, add oat bran), add soy sauce.
- Add tofu and fry for a few more minutes.
