Roasted Brussels Sprouts
- 1 lbs of brussels sprouts, (halved)
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Grease a baking sheet with olive oil, or spray with nonstick spray .
Spray brussels sprouts with oil, add salt.
Bake for 25-30 min
