Avocado bean wrap


• 2 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

• 1 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

• Dash of Sea Salt

• ½ c. (60g) Shredded  Cabbage

• 1/8 c. (3g) Chopped Fresh Cilantro

• ¼ c. (30g) White Beans, rinsed

• ½ of a Avocado

• 1 tbsp. Minced Red Onion(optional)

• 1 8-10-inch (20-25cm) Sprouted Grain Wrap or whole wheat lavash (You can also use a green like collard, kale or lettuce leaf to wrap)

Mash together the avocado and white beans with a fork or potato masher. Mix the remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Scoop mixture on to wrap, roll it up and cut it in half. Enjoy!
